The planetary mixer is suitable for the mixing of ointments, inks, sauces, pastes and foams used in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and related industries. In a planetary mixer, the mixing blades rotate in opposite directions to sweep the entire circumference of the container and rotate around its own axis. Tight mixing is achieved in a short time interval. In the planetary mixer, the mixing element is vertically raised by an electric or hydraulic lifting device. The mixing element can be cleaned completely by removing the container or by rotating the blades in a container filled with solvent. The planetary mixer is equipped with a high-speed emulsifier in the center to fully mix the materials. Due to the typical eccentric movement of the product, which is caused by the eccentric position of the mixing arm relative to the center of the bowl, the mixing is uniform and intense.
