Car bottom furnace is a trolley, which rolls in and out of the furnace on the rail by means of wheels. The furnace type is chamber type or tunnel type. The heating objects are placed on the trolley, and the materials are loaded and unloaded outside the furnace. The dragging mechanism of the trolley uses winch or other similar equipment, and the dragging mechanism is placed in the middle. The trolley is built with refractory bricks. Usually, the ingot is not directly placed on the refractory bricks, but on the special support. The support is made of high temperature resistant metal, with a length of 400-600mm, which is convenient for multi-faceted heating of ingot or slab (thickness greater than 300mm).
